Production Expectations:
Employees are assigned a daily production target based on the number and type of shower doors scheduled for assembly and are expected to meet established productivity, quality, and safety standards.Shift:
Monday- Friday, starting at 7am.
Overtime:
An occasional Saturday shift or overtime may be assigned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Pull, inspect, and prepare glass and metal components for assembly according to work orders and specifications. Identify defects in glass and metal components, including chips, scratches, bubbles, blown holes, incorrect dimensions, finish issues, and improper edgework; use buffing equipment to correct approved defects as needed. Measure materials and finished products to verify compliance with quality and dimensional standards. Assemble shower door products using assembly instructions, blueprints, and bills of materials. Apply required labels, tags, and identification markings to components and finished products. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance of tools and equipment. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum one (1) year of construction, carpentry, manufacturing, or related assembly experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet daily production expectations. Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and basic shop equipment. Ability to accurately perform measurements and calculations, including converting decimals to fractions. Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to frequently lift up to 75 pounds and stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday. Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment. Ability to read work instructions and inspect materials and finished products with close visual accuracy.
