Assembler - 2nd shift at Emerson in Ash Flat, Arkansas, United States Job Description As an Assembler, you will play a key role in producing high-quality products by performing assembly, sub-assembly, testing, and rework activities in a manufacturing environment. This role supports operational excellence by ensuring products meet quality standards, maintaining accurate production records, and contributing to the timely completion of work orders. You will work collaboratively with team members to deliver reliable solutions while following established safety and quality procedures.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
+ Performassemblyandsub-assemblyofproductsbyfollowingstandardworkinstructionsandmechanicalblueprintsusinghandtoolsandpowertoolsatanadjustable-heightworkstation. + Testproductsusingmeasuringtools,includingcalipers,andtestingequipmentforelectroniccomponentsasrequired. + Troubleshootandreworkproductsthatdonotmeettestingstandardsthroughdisassembly,reassembly,andadditionaltesting. + Accuratelytracktheprogressandcompletionofworkorders,includingassociatedscrap,withintheERPsystem. + Useoverheadassist/liftequipmenttosafelymovelargerpartsandfinishedproductstoandfromworkstations. + Packagefinishedproductsandpreparethemforshipmentonpallets. + Maintainasafe,organized,andquality-focusedworkenvironment. + Supportadditionaldutiesandresponsibilitiesasassigned.
