Spark Arc Solutions is a small, locally-owned custom fabrication and powder coating shop looking for a driven, detail-oriented technician to join our team. You'll work directly with the owner, play a real role in shaping how the shop runs, and grow right alongside the company as we expand.

Required Skills:

Cold saw operation — able to make cuts within ±1/32" consistently MIG welding (required); TIG welding a plus Angle grinder work with resin fiber discs, orbital sanders, and die grinders Drill press experience — drilling and tapping holes Ability to operate a forklift (or willingness to be trained) Ability to read shop drawings and prints, and work accurately from measurements

Responsibilities:

Fabricate architectural railings and ironwork to spec Sandblast parts as needed (up to 16 hrs/week) Assist with staging, loading, and unloading for the powder coating line Occasional field work — meet with clients, understand job scope, and help develop a build plan Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail Identify and address issues proactively — minimal hand-holding required

Who You Are:

Autonomous — you see what needs to get done and you do it Detail-oriented, quality-driven, always looking to improve Reliable and dedicated — you take pride in your work Open to eventually helping with sales/client relationships (not required, but a big plus if you're interested) At least 1 year of fabrication experience preferred; general industrial experience is a plus Most be willing to learn and work as a team

Requirements:

Must own your own welding helmet — not provided Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (most team members work 7:00 AM-3:00 PM)
