Assembly Line Technician Job Description Join a dynamic team that produces vital medical, aerospace, and military components. This role involves working on an assembly line with small parts, utilizing microscopes, and employing small hand tools. The position requires handling cables and wires, where soldering experience is considered a plus. As an integral part of the team, you will be cross-trained on different lines to enhance your skills and versatility. Responsibilities Work efficiently on the assembly line with small parts. Utilize microscopes for precision assembly tasks. Employ small hand tools in daily operations. Handle cables and wires, ensuring quality connections. Cross-train on different assembly lines to diversify skill set. Maintain cleanroom standards and practices. Essential Skills Ability to work with small parts and tools. Proficiency in using microscopes. Experience with cables and wires. Soldering skills are a plus. Additional Skills & Qualifications 6 months manufacturing experience preferred. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $20.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
