Strong leadership focused on building "100 happy employees." 🔨 What You'll Do Assemble chiller units using hand and power tools according to build specifications. Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to complete accurate assemblies. Support the shop with sweeping, packaging, shrink wrapping, and material handling. Work closely with your team to hit daily production goals. Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Cross-train into additional assembly areas, including custom equipment builds. 🛠️ What You Bring 1+ years of manufacturing experience (sheet metal or mechanical preferred). Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic assembly techniques. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills. Shift Options:
First Shift:
5:30am-3:00pm (Mon-Thu) + 5:30am-10:00am (Fri)
Second Shift:
2:00pm-1:30am (Mon-Thu) Both shifts include a 30-minute lunch and two paid 10-minute breaks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.17 - $24.17/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
