Job Description

Job Description We are seeking dependable and motivated Manufacturing Associates to join our team located in Mt. Sterling. This role involves supporting manufacturing operations, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring high-quality output in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Operate production equipment and machinery safely Assemble, package, and inspect products according to specifications Monitor product quality and report defects or inconsistencies Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety policies and procedures Meet daily productivity and performance goals Assist with loading/unloading materials as needed Work Environment The role is based in a metal stamping facility that operates very large presses, including equipment up to 3,000 tons. Work is performed on the production floor, with inspectors standing for most of the day while handling and examining stamped metal parts. There are openings on both first and second shifts. First shift begins at 7:00 AM and may run 8, 10, or 12 hours depending on workload. Second shift starts at 3:15 PM and follows the same variable shift lengths. The environment is industrial and fast-paced, requiring comfort with noise, heavy machinery, and a focus on safety procedures. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $15.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
