Job Description

Job Title:
Assembler Position Summary:
We are seeking dependable and motivated Assembly Technicians to support the production of pool heater units in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on role involves assembling components, using hand and power tools, and ensuring products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, follows instructions carefully, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assemble pool heater components and finished units according to work instructions and specifications. Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools. Read and follow assembly drawings, diagrams, and production instructions. Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet daily production and efficiency goals. Identify and report quality, material, or equipment issues. Support other manufacturing and assembly functions as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience using hand tools and power tools required. Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Mechanical assembly experience. Familiarity with meeting production quotas and quality standards.
Work Environment:
Non-climate-controlled environment ; temperatures may vary depending on seasonal weather conditions. Fast-paced production setting with a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork. Employees are encouraged to stay productive while maintaining work-life balance, with management allowing 10-15 minute breaks approximately every hour , in addition to scheduled meal periods. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Fort Myers, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
