Job Summary:

We are looking for an Assembler to build products using hand and power tools. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, able to follow instructions and blueprints, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Assemble parts and products according to work instructions and blueprints. Use hand tools, power tools, and torque wrenches safely and correctly. Inspect parts for damage and ensure finished products meet quality standards. Read basic drawings and follow assembly procedures. Report missing parts, quality issues, or production problems. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Work with team members to meet production goals. Qualifications Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred. Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand and power tools. Ability to read basic blueprints, diagrams, or work instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Schedule & Environment Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-6:00 PM. Manufacturing facility environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elkridge, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
