Assembly Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician to join our team. This role involves assembling products for water heaters and conducting part inspections. Successful candidates will be able to read simple work instructions, utilize work orders, and feel comfortable using hand tools to attach elements to products. Previous electrical experience is considered a plus. Responsibilities Assemble products for water heaters. Inspect parts and ensure quality standards. Read and interpret simple work instructions and work orders. Utilize hand tools effectively for assembling products. Attach elements to products using hand tools. Essential Skills Experience in production and assembly. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools. Ability to perform inspections and understand blueprints. Mechanical skills and general production knowledge. Basic understanding of electrical and schematic concepts. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse or production environment. Previous electrical experience is a plus. Why Work Here? The position follows a Monday to Friday shift from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, with an additional 1-2 hours of overtime available at the end of the shift. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
