Assembly Technician Job Description This opportunity is for an Assembly Technician supporting hands-on manufacturing operations in Childersburg, AL. It is an excellent match for candidates with assembly experience, manufacturing exp, or mechanical aptitude, including those comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools. In this role, you will assemble parts and components by following work instructions and production standards. You'll be working in a team-based production environment where attention to detail, reliability, and consistency are important. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands and desires steady manufacturing work close to home. Responsibilities Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to instructions. Use hand tools and basic power tools safely and correctly. Perform visual inspections and quality checks. Work on your feet in a production or assembly environment. Support daily production goals and safety requirements. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Childersburg, AL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
