1st & 2nd Shift
  • Assembly Technicians
  • Hiring Immediately
  • $17/hr to $20/hr Job Description Assemble precision products using build sheets, drawings, and work instructions.
Ensure components meet quality and customer requirements through accurate assembly, inspection, measurement, and documentation. Key Responsibilities Assemble and inspect products to specified tolerances (up to 0.003"). Use calipers, gauges, micrometers, and microscopes to verify quality. Operate hand tools for wire cutting, crimping, insulation trimming, and soldering. Read and interpret drawings, BOMs, work orders, and technical documentation. Use ERP systems to access production information and maintain traceability. Complete required documentation and support packaging activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Required Skills Experience with precision assembly, inspection, or manufacturing. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Proficiency with measuring and inspection equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components. Familiarity with ERP systems and production documentation. Reliable, quality-focused, and able to perform repetitive tasks accurately. Work Environment Clean, technical manufacturing environment focused on small-part assembly.   • $19.80/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
