Assembly Technician Job Description:

You will be working in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment to build heavy equipment attachments, material handling systems, enclosures, and projects for the military defense industry. You will use a variety of power tools on a daily basis to build projects to customer specifications.

Job duties include:

Assemble machinery, equipment, and smaller parts using blueprints and shop drawings. Install motors, pumps, hoses, cables, belts, and bearings, Use hand, power, and air tools for assembly and fastening tasks Test completed assemblies to ensure all work is completed accurately

Shift:

1st and 2nd shift Essential Skills 1+ year of mechanical experience in assembly, working on vehicles, or relevant mechanical experience Previous experience using power OR air tools.

The facility is clean and well-lit, and climate controlled throughout the year for a very comfortable work environment.

The facility comprises three areas:

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
