Monday to Thursday 1:45 PM to 11:45 PM We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler for a 2nd shift position in Goodyear, AZ . This role involves assembling product components using hand tools, inspecting for defects, and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities of the
Assembler:
Assemble product components using hand tools and fixtures according to work instructions Visually inspect for defects such as scratches, dents, or misaligned components Use a computer to follow schedules, view instructions, scan parts, and log inventory Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures and quality control guidelines Perform additional tasks as needed Requirements of the
Assembler:
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours/day) Able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks (bending, squatting, twisting, etc.) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic computer skills required. Ability to follow strict attendance policies. 1-year prior assembly or manufacturing experience required. Experience with hand tools is a must.
