Regular:

$20/hour — Second Shift (Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM)

Job Summary:

The Assembler is responsible for assembling parts and products under general supervision according to established procedures. This position is vital to ensuring quality, safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Assemble sub-assemblies and accessory components; wire basic electrical connections per diagrams Perform work in accordance with the Quality Management System, Safety Management System, and Code of Conduct Inspect products to ensure quality and engineering standards are met Operate hand tools, including electrical and pneumatic power tools Load, unload, lift, and move materials using lifting equipment when available Read and interpret job orders, schematics, and blueprints Complete and maintain required paperwork and electronic records, including checklists and barcoding Maintain departmental housekeeping and adhere to 5S standards

Physical Requirements:

Stand and walk on concrete for up to 100% of the workday Bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch as needed Lift and carry up to 50 lbs unaided; heavier loads with assistance Climb and maintain balance Use hands for detailed work and tool handling Visually inspect products for quality Manual dexterity required for tool use

Skills & Experience:
