Temp-to-Hire Spectra360 is hiring Production Home Assemblers and Painters for a manufactured-home production facility in Goodyear, AZ. Candidates may be assigned to assembly, construction, painting, or finishing duties based on their experience and production needs. Responsibilities Assemble structural and interior components of manufactured homes Assist with framing, flooring, roofing, siding, drywall, trim, cabinets, windows, and doors Measure, cut, position, and secure materials Use hand and power tools safely Prepare walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and other surfaces for painting Sand, scrape, patch, caulk, and mask surfaces Apply primer, paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment Inspect completed work and perform necessary touch-ups Follow production instructions, measurements, and quality standards Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment Assist in other production departments as needed Qualifications Previous construction, manufacturing, assembly, carpentry, painting, or general labor experience preferred Experience using hand and power tools Painting candidates should have experience with surface preparation, rollers, brushes, or spray equipment Ability to read a tape measure and follow basic measurements Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Available to work overtime as production demands require Benefits and Growth Opportunities Temp-to-hire opportunity Employee assistance with home purchasing 401(k) retirement plan Health, vision, and dental benefits Room for growth and advancement Candidates will be considered for the department that best matches their skills and previous experience.
