$18.08/hr About the Role Join our team as an Assembler Operator, playing a vital role in producing high-quality products that meet our customers' standards. This is a hands-on, onsite position where your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will directly contribute to our company's success. Key Responsibilities Assemble components and products accurately according to detailed specifications and work instructions Conduct routine visual and functional quality checks to ensure finished products meet standards Maintain production targets and ensure workflow efficiency throughout your shift Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools, machinery, and equipment Promptly report equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or safety concerns to your supervisor Qualifications 0-5 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field (entry-level candidates welcome!)
