• We're looking for experienced Assemblers who enjoy hands-on mechanical work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. This position offers the opportunity to build complex products, mentor team members, and work with advanced manufacturing technology in a clean, air-conditioned facility.
• What You'll Be Doing:
• Perform mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Conduct quality inspections and functional testing Troubleshoot assembly issues and recommend process improvements Train and mentor junior assemblers Support production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve manufacturing issues Follow lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives •

What We're Looking For:

• 2-5+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience Mechanical assembly experience in a production environment Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience mentoring or training team members is a plus Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

and stand for extended periods Comfortable working overtime when production demands require it
