Job Title:
Mechanical Assembler We're looking for experienced Mechanical Assemblers to join our growing team. If you have experience with mechanical assembly, blueprint reading, hand and power tools, quality inspections, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies using hand and power tools Follow blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and SOPs Perform quality inspections and functional testing Troubleshoot assembly and production issues Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives Train and mentor junior assemblers when needed Work closely with engineering and production teams to meet manufacturing goals Maintain a safe and organized work area What We're Looking For 1+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment Quality-focused with strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Ideal Backgrounds Mechanical Assembler Manufacturing Technician Test Technician Production Technician Maintenance Technician Aviation Assembly Military Mechanical Experience Industrial Manufacturing Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Lift and move up to 35 lbs.
