Part-Time Weekend Shift:
  • ? Friday-Sunday
  • ⏰ 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • + Work 36 hours over 3 days + Receive a 10% shift premium + Paid training on 1st or 2nd shift for approximately 3-4 weeks before transitioning to the weekend schedule
  • What You'll Do
  • + Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies using hand and power tools + Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions + Conduct quality inspections and testing + Troubleshoot assembly issues and identify solutions + Train and support newer team members + Work closely with engineering and production teams + Help improve processes and production efficiency + Maintain a safe, organized work environment •What We're Looking For•+ 2-5+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience + Experience working on an assembly line + Ability to read prints, schematics, or SOPs + Experience using hand and power tools + Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills + Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused •Physical Requirements•+ Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

+ Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

  • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.
  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $22.

00 - $25.30/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
