This role offers structured shifts with consistent hours, opportunities for growth, and the potential for permanent employment. You will receive comprehensive training and the tools necessary to perform your tasks effectively while adhering to company policies. Responsibilities Build wooden crates and components according to customer specs and shop standards. Operate basic shop tools (drill to start; progressing to glue guns, pneumatic nail guns, table saws, etc. as skill improves). Work collaboratively with the team to complete high-volume orders on time (often 100+ builds per batch). Follow safety procedures, maintain a clean workspace, and meet production timelines for scheduled ship dates. Receive ongoing skills assessment and training to advance through additional tooling and tasks. Reliability, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new tools quickly. Ability to work Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-2:30 PM, with occasional overtime or weekend shifts as needed.
