Welder/Fabricator - Production

Position Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Welding & Fabrication Specialist to assist in building cattle panels. This role requires hands-on experience with welding, cutting, and assembly of metal components using various tools and machinery. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Weld, cut, and assemble cattle panels according to specifications. Operate power tools safely, including drills, plasma cutters, band saws, grinders, and other welding shop equipment. Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow instructions and work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals. Report any equipment issues or safety hazards immediately.

Requirements:

Proven welding experience (MIG and Stick welding preferred). Proficient with hand and power tools, including plasma cutters and band saws. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to read basic plans and measurements. Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to full-time, Monday through Friday. Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in a shop environment.
