What You'll Do:
Assemble products using hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment while following detailed procedures, drawings, and work instructions.
Perform visual inspections and identify non-conforming parts in accordance with established quality procedures.
Meet production targets while maintaining high standards for product quality, accuracy, and safety.
Follow required PPE, company policies, manufacturing procedures, and documented processes throughout each shift.
Use basic computer applications for data entry, email, and Microsoft Office tasks while communicating effectively with team members and supporting day-to-day production needs.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of experience in good hand/eye coordination
1+ years of experience in Read drawings/blueprints/work instructions
1+ years of experience in Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
What Sets You Apart:
High level of attention to detail
Good historical attendance record with minimal unscheduled call offs
Self-driven to complete goals and tasks as needed
Demonstrated problem solving techniques
Ability to become familiar with SPC (Statistical Process Control)
Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills, adaptability and flexibility

Additional Information:
Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check
Work 12-hour, compressed work week schedule with flexibility to work overtime as needed
