Full Job Description Position Overview:
As a Door Assembler at Krosswood Doors , you will be responsible for assembling door units, verifying materials, and supporting production flow to meet daily output goals. This role requires a hard-working, reliable, and punctual individual looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing. You will be expected to work with speed, accuracy, and consistency and maintain a team-player mentality and commitment to safety and quality. All candidates are subject to a pre-employment background check and drug screening.Core Responsibilities:
Assemble door units including interior, exterior, and pre-hung doors. Install jambs, headers, hinges, and hardware. Ensure proper alignment and squareness. Read and follow work orders. Verify materials and components. Maintain quality standards. Check for defects and misalignment. Support production throughput (TPUT). Meet daily and hourly targets. Maintain safe and organized workspace. Follow PPE and 6S standards. Work cooperatively with team members. Communicate issues immediately.Requirements:
Use power tools: nail guns, drills, routers, saws. Read tape measure to 1/16 inch. Understand work orders. Basic math including fractions. Inspect finished products for accuracy. Commitment to safety standards. Work well with team members. Maintain equipment properly. Keep work area clean and organized. Report discrepancies immediately. Reliable work history preferred. Stand for 8+ hours. Lift 45-75 lbs regularly. Strong communication skills.What We're Looking For:

Bi-Weekly Pay.Rate:
