Our client, a premium kitchen appliance design and manufacturing company, is looking for an Appliance Installer to join their team in Alameda, CA. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of kitchen appliances while delivering an exceptional customer experience and providing quality after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, commission, and maintain kitchen appliances at customer locations Perform kitchen appliance maintenance in accordance with the company's warranty plan Summarize and analyze equipment and maintenance records, identify issues, and report them for timely resolution Assist the technical department in diagnosing and resolving technical problems Build rapport with customers and provide professional, high-quality service throughout each interaction Maintain accurate records of all installation and maintenance activities

Requirements:

Bilingual in Chinese and English required Extensive installation experience required Strong hands-on ability with good accident judgment and problem-handling skills Ability to lift and hook up loads over 50 lbs Experience in hydropower or plumbing installation is a strong plus Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Conscientious, responsible, and professional with high personal standards
