We are pushing the limits of what light can do for human health and performance, and we own the intellectual property to do it. The Role The Assembler is responsible for assembling lighting products and components according to established work instructions, quality standards, and production schedules. This position plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations by producing high-quality products safely, accurately, and efficiently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products according to work instructions, engineering drawings, and visual aids.
• Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and other assembly equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Identify, report, and help resolve defective materials, equipment issues, or assembly discrepancies.
• Perform basic testing or verification procedures as required.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with 5S and safety standards.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Follow all company safety policies, quality procedures, and standard operating procedures.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, quality personnel, and fellow production team members.
• Assist with other manufacturing or warehouse duties as assigned. Requirements
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality. Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to use hands and fingers for repetitive assembly tasks requiring fine motor skills.
• Ability to distinguish colors and small components when assembling products. Work Environment
• Manufacturing and production floor environment.
• Regular exposure to mechanical equipment, hand tools, and production machinery.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required depending on the work area.
• Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required to meet production demands.
