09/07/2026 Job Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled Assembler to support precision manufacturing operations. Under general supervision, this position performs final assembly, including cable preparation, soldering, connector installation, and encapsulation of sensor connections. The ideal candidate has hands-on electronics or electromechanical assembly experience and is comfortable working with precision tools, components, and testing equipment. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret manufacturing procedures, work instructions, technical drawings, and assembly prints. Cut, strip, and prepare cables using hand tools and automated cut-and-strip equipment. Apply cable identification labels using heat-shrink labeling equipment. Prepare sensor cables by tinning wires and performing precision soldering. Install BNC connectors using pneumatic crimping equipment. Install pin tips and other connectors using hand-crimping tools. Mix two-part epoxy according to established specifications using a precision scale. Pot and encapsulate cables into sensor backseals using epoxy dispensing equipment. Follow established quality, safety, and production procedures. Complete assigned work accurately and within established production timelines. Perform other related assembly duties as needed. Experience Minimum of 2 years of electronics or electromechanical assembly experience required. Hands-on experience with soldering, crimping, cable preparation, or precision assembly strongly preferred. 1st shift -5:30 am start time 8-hour shift Monday -FridayBenefits
