Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Equipment Assembler to join our team, specializing in the assembly of road marking equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling complex machinery using various tools and technical knowledge. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical schematics, hydraulics, and the ability to work efficiently with hand and power tools to ensure the accurate and safe assembly of equipment. Duties Assemble road marking equipment according to technical specifications and schematics. Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently. Read and interpret electrical schematics to ensure proper wiring and electrical connections. Work with hydraulic systems, ensuring correct installation and functioning of hydraulic components. Follow safety protocols and quality standards throughout the assembly process. Inspect assembled equipment for defects or issues before final testing. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly problems and improve processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for mechanical assembly. Strong mechanical knowledge related to machinery assembly. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics accurately. Familiarity with hydraulic systems and components. Basic understanding of electrical systems relevant to equipment assembly. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow technical instructions precisely. Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
