This is a full-time opportunity offering consistent hours, and long-term career stability. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in electrical assembly and wiring, who take pride in precision work and perform well in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble LED lighting components and fixtures to precise specifications Perform wiring, mounting, and basic electrical assembly tasks Safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards Meet daily production targets while maintaining accuracy and consistency Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines Solid and consistent work history (required) Prior assembly experience within a manufacturing environment (required) Experience with power and hand tools, and basic electrical wiring (required) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Proven reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English for safety and work instructions
