Shift:
1st shift Job Summary Under general supervision, performs assembly and solder operations according to manufacturing specifications and process instructions. Maintains accurate work in progress paperwork. Primary Responsibilities Using solder irons, solders assemblies in accordance with process instructions Visually inspects assemblies to ensure compliance to specifications Fills out and maintains necessary paperwork Ensures paperwork is compliant with quality instructions and manufacturing job instructions Actively participates in the Quality Improvement System Using assembly drawings assembles electronic PC boards from various components to meet specifications.
Job Requirements:
J-STD-001
solder certified. Passing a visual acuity exam is required. Ability to identify electronic components (through hole and SMT) Basic understanding of mechanical assembly and PCB assembly processes Familiarity with manual and automated soldering tools and microscopes Ability to read and understand work instructions, drawings, and technical documents Attention to detail and precision in repetitive tasks Problem solving ability and good communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment Reliable attendance and ability to work with minimal supervision Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
