Job Description
Solderer (Assembler)
Location:
Camarillo, CAPay:
$24-28/hr DOESchedule:
1st shift with daily overtime hours- We are currently seeking a J-STD Certified Solderer to join our growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience performing precision soldering on electronic assemblies while maintaining the highest quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.
Qualifications:
- Current or previous
IPC J-STD-001
Certification required.- Experience soldering through-hole and surface mount (SMT) components.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Comfortable working with microscopes and small electronic components.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
IPC-A-610
Certification is a plus.- Experience in aerospace, defense, medical device, or electronics manufacturing.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and quality systems.
