From commercial space to advanced wireless applications, our custom high-reliability products are integral to the complex operations of major Satellite, Radar, Navigation, Communications, Electronic Warfare, and Missile Systems Applications. We are seeking entry level Mechanical Assemblers to join our team.
Skills/Qualifications:
No prior manufacturing or assembly experience is required. On the job training will be provided in assembly procedures, proper use of tools, reading blue prints, and quality requirements. We welcome candidates who enjoy hands on work, have strong attention to detail, and are eager to learn and grow. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required. Good manual dexterity and mechanical ability Basic familiarity with hand tools is helpful; training will be provided. Willing to perform light painting/coating Willingness to learn to read and follow blueprints and assembly instructions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be able to effectively communicate The ability to work well with others in a team environment as well as individually. Must have basic computer skills. Willing to be cross-trained in other departments
Preferred:
Experience with small, detailed assemblies Die attach / Wirebond experience per Mil-Std-883 Ability to solder under a microscope Previous MIC assembly or soldering experience is a plus but not required. Soldering per

10 hour shift Monday - Thursday 6:30 am to 5 pm
