Mon-Sat, 4 AM - 12:30 or sometimes 2:30 PM weekdays.Overtime:

At our City of Industry facility, we are committed to quality, safety, and excellence in the production of premium hand tools and equipment.Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling components, sub-assemblies, or finished products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications. This position requires a strong focus on quality, productivity, and teamwork.Key Responsibilities:
Assemble parts and products using hand tools, power tools, or assembly equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, work orders, and specifications. Inspect and test components or finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Report any equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or quality issues to the supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and 5S standards. Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to company safety policies. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing activities. Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred. Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools. Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and pay attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts, if needed #PROD2Job Type:
