Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Automotive Window Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will install, repair, and replace automotive glass on a variety of vehicles while maintaining high standards of safety, workmanship, and customer service. Responsibilities Remove and replace windshields, door glass, rear windows, and quarter glass. Inspect vehicles for damage and determine appropriate repair or replacement procedures. Apply adhesives and sealants according to manufacturer specifications. Ensure proper fit, alignment, and leak-free installation. Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean condition. Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs to customers when needed.
Complete work orders and documentation accurately. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Preferred Previous automotive glass installation experience. Experience with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration. Auto glass certification or related industry training.
