Manufacturing Production / Distribution Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled Main Duties & Responsibilities This occupation requires the running of assembly related equipment: squeezers (squeezer press, hand squeezer), pop rivet guns, torque wrenches etc. This position requires moderate physical exertion, including lifting, bending, and considerable time standing. Perform some set-ups and operate all assembly related equipment. Run jobs from start to finish with guidance. Read and interpret blueprints with guidance. Perform all other duties as assigned or directed. This role is required to be on-site 4 days at the El Cajon, CA location. Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience in set-up and operation of sheet metal assembly equipment. Able to assemble parts to dimensional tolerances as required by engineering drawings and applicable specifications. Able to work independently as well as a team member to assemble sheet metal parts. Be willing to work at assigned jobs in or outside the sheet metal department. Compensation In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $20-$22. Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
