$19-$27hr DOE 1st Shift - Mon-Fri 7am-330pm

Job Summary:

Seeking a full-time (TTH) Seal Lab Assembler to join our team in El Cajon, CA. This role is responsible for assembling glass-to-metal seals and other hermetic products in accordance with customer specifications, playing a key role in ensuring product quality and reliability.

Essential Responsibilities:

Assemble and process glass-to-metal seals and hermetic components Monitor production quality to ensure compliance with engineering drawings Inspect and maintain tools and fixtures for proper form, fit, and function Identify and report equipment issues to the supervisor Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Seal Lab Manager High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail - REQUIRED Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills - REQUIRED Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing is a PLUS Workforce Solutions is committed to full compliance with all Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action laws and regulations. INDAH Pay:

$19.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
