Job Description
Performs complex production assembly operations on structural parts, mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual or automated assembly tools.
As a Harness Technician, you will work hands-on with space hardware, translating designs into reality, and your skill and attention to detail will translate directly to on-orbit mission success. Build and terminate wiring harnesses to a high quality and repetitious manner for Spacecraft installation. Position Responsibilities Fabricate harnesses for spacecraft and ground systems Build and terminate wiring harnesses to a high quality For Racks, Boxes Explain assembly procedures or techniques to co-workers Work and take direction from team leader for project completion Confer with supervisors regarding any anticipated production problems Cross-train/mentor new hires. Other duties as assigned.
