In this role, you will play a critical part in the assembly of high-quality harnesses that meet our rigorous standards. Responsibilities Assemble electrical and mechanical harnesses according to specifications and blueprints. Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet safety and performance standards. Utilize various tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks efficiently. Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve productivity. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Document assembly processes and report any issues to the supervisor. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of assembly techniques. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electronics or assembly preferred. Previous experience in harness assembly or a related field is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Proficient in using hand tools and assembly equipment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
