Driven Talent LLC is hiring Assembler I candidates on behalf of a leading electronics manufacturer. This is an entry-level, hands-on role assembling cable harnesses used in electronic equipment and machinery. If you're detail-oriented, good with your hands, and want to learn a real trade, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Assemble cable harnesses following diagrams, instructions, and specifications, under supervision Prepare and inspect components: wires, connectors, terminals, labels, protective sleeves Cut, de-jacket, and strip wires to specification using hand tools and machines Crimp terminals and assemble connectors (D-sub, circular, modular) Route and lace wires neatly using ties and other securing methods Inspect finished harnesses for quality before they move to the next step Follow all safety procedures and keep your work area clean and organized Basic soldering — no experience needed, training provided What You Need High school diploma or equivalent No prior assembly experience required — willingness to learn is what matters most Comfortable using hand tools, inspection tools, and measuring equipment Able to follow written and verbal work instructions Good vision and hand-eye coordination for small, precise work Basic conversational English (around B1 level — able to understand safety instructions and communicate with your team) Able to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 25 lbs Reliable attendance and punctuality Able to pass a drug screen Why You'll Love Working Here Weekly pay Paid, hands-on training — build a real manufacturing skill Clear path to grow into Assembler II and III as you gain experience Safety-first, team-oriented environment Ready to start? — most candidates hear back within 48 hours.
