In this role you'll perform intermediate-level cable harness assembly on your own, reading technical drawings and diagrams without needing step-by-step supervision. What You'll Do Independently assemble cable harnesses by interpreting technical drawings and diagrams Cut, de-jacket, strip, crimp, and terminate wires and connectors to spec Perform basic soldering as needed (training available if required) Assemble various connector types (D-sub, circular, modular) with correct alignment Route and lace wiring neatly and efficiently Inspect your own work for quality — connections, routing, alignment Document your work and flag any deviations from standard procedure Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized workstation What You Need At least 1 year of experience in a cable harness / wire harness manufacturing environment Comfortable reading and interpreting assembly diagrams without guidance Working knowledge of IPC 620 and

IPC-J-STD
