Take the next step with your assembly experience — more independence, more responsibility. Driven Talent LLC is hiring an Assembler II on behalf of a leading electronics manufacturer. In this role you'll perform intermediate-level cable harness assembly on your own, reading technical drawings and diagrams without needing step-by-step supervision. What You'll Do Independently assemble cable harnesses by interpreting technical drawings and diagrams Cut, de-jacket, strip, crimp, and terminate wires and connectors to spec Perform basic soldering as needed (training available if required) Assemble various connector types (D-sub, circular, modular) with correct alignment Route and lace wiring neatly and efficiently Inspect your own work for quality — connections, routing, alignment Document your work and flag any deviations from standard procedure Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized workstation What You Need At least 1 year of experience in a cable harness / wire harness manufacturing environment Comfortable reading and interpreting assembly diagrams without guidance Working knowledge of IPC 620 and
IPC-J-STD
standards Basic familiarity with NASA workmanship standards is a plus Proficient with hand tools, crimping machines, and stripping machines Conversational English (around B1 level) to communicate with your team and follow instructions High school diploma or equivalent Able to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 25 lbs Reliable attendance and able to pass a drug screen Why You'll Love Working Here Weekly pay, above entry-level rate for your experience More autonomy — you run your own station Growth path into Assembler III (lead/mentor level) Safety-first, team-oriented environment Ready to put your experience to work? .
