Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Assembler Technician for a full-time contract opportunity in Fremont, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing professional with assembly, production, packing, shipping preparation, and inventory support experience in a high-volume automotive, electric vehicle, electronics, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to certified assembly procedures, customer specifications, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Pack, prepare, label, and support shipment of completed assemblies while maintaining order accuracy.
- Support production planning activities, including preparing job instruction packets and coordinating workflow needs.
- Partner with warehouse, purchasing, and production teams to help meet daily deadlines and production targets.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, follow standard operating procedures, and comply with all safety and manufacturing guidelines.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and aligned with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices. Must have experience in these companies: Lam Research, Tesla, Flex, Bloom Energy, Jabil, DRÄXLMAIER Group, Bloomenery and more Compensation and Benefits
Pay Rate:
$25.00 to $27.50 per hour.Employment Type:

1st shift, 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM.Schedule:
2nd shift, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Required Qualifications and Skills- Perform hands-on product assembly in a high-volume manufacturing or production environment.
- Support packing, shipping preparation, inventory accuracy, and production workflow activities.
- Follow certified procedures, work instructions, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and purchasing teams to support daily output goals.
- 2 to 5 years of experience as an Assembler Technician, Production Associate, or similar manufacturing role.
- Experience in automotive, electric vehicle, electronics, semiconductor, or related advanced manufacturing environments is required.
- Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, SOPs, production documentation, and quality requirements.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in assembly, packing, inventory, and documentation tasks.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort using basic production tools, fixtures, or assembly equipment as required.
- Dependable work habits, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to meet production goals in a fast-paced setting.
- Commitment to workplace safety, clean work areas, and continuous improvement practices. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume electric vehicle, automotive, electronics, or semiconductor production environments.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, inventory control, and production quality processes.
- Previous experience supporting packing, shipping, warehouse coordination, or production planning activities.
- Ability to quickly adapt to structured procedures, changing production priorities, and deadline-driven work.
