Responsibilities Safely remove and install hybrid batteries, ensuring all procedures adhere to safety standards and manufacturer guidelines Mobile and on-site installation of hybrid batteries Drive to client site to perform battery swaps Utilize automotive diagnostic tools and advanced diagnostic techniques to identify system faults and perform repairs Use hand tools and power tools efficiently for disassembly, repair, and reassembly of vehicle components Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 80 pounds Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair Experience working on Toyota and Lexus Hybrid vehicles or similar makes is advantageous Prior experience with hybrid vehicle systems is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong communication abilities to deliver outstanding customer service Join us in advancing automotive technology while developing your career in a vibrant environment that values innovation, safety, and exceptional service.
