Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Huntington Beach. This position is responsible for assembling, testing, inspecting, and packaging plumbing faucets and fixtures while ensuring all products meet quality and production standards. Responsibilities Assemble plumbing systems, faucets, fixtures, and related components. Apply adhesives and lubricants as needed during the assembly process. Inspect components and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Follow pick tickets to locate the correct parts and verify quantities and packaging requirements. Accurately read and follow work instructions and perform basic math calculations. Safely operate manual, electric, and air-powered hand tools. Report quality issues, damaged parts, discrepancies, and shortages to the Team Leader. Monitor expiration dates of adhesives and lubricants. Maintain accurate records of rework and repair orders. Coordinate with other departments to ensure rework components are returned in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet established production and quality goals. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. At least 6 months of assembly, manufacturing, production, or related experience preferred. Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures. Basic math and reading comprehension skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify small imperfections. Comfortable working with hand and power tools. Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to work overtime as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reaching. Ability to reach above and below shoulder level. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed. Ability to visually inspect products and identify small finish imperfections. Work Environment Indoor manufacturing environment. Possible exposure to moderate noise, dust, heat, and cold. May work with adhesives, lubricants, power tools, and forced air. Must follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
