Full-Time Position Summary Assembly Associate to join our 2nd Shift production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and preparing components and products according to company specifications and quality standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assemble components, parts, and products according to work instructions and specifications. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively. Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals. Maintain accurate production records and documentation as required. Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards. Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Required High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Basic math and measurement skills. ITAR Compliance Preferred Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred. Experience using hand tools and power tools. Familiarity with quality control procedures and manufacturing processes. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.
