Wire Harness Assembler About Us We are a contract manufacturer specializing in custom, build-to-print cable and wire harness assemblies, as well as electro-mechanical box builds. We support our customers by producing high-quality, precision assemblies that meet exact specifications. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Wire Harness Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble wire harnesses and related components by following detailed work instructions, drawings, and schematics. The ideal candidate has strong manual dexterity, technical aptitude, and experience working with cable or wire harness assemblies. A wire harness (also known as a cable harness or wiring assembly) is a structured grouping of wires, cables, and subassemblies designed to transmit electrical power or signals efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, schematics, and manuals Gather required materials, tools, and equipment before starting assemblies Measure, cut, strip, crimp, and assemble components to precise specifications Select or modify components based on measurements and build requirements Align and assemble parts to create complete wire harnesses and subassemblies Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality and compliance with standards Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition Accurately record production quantities and time Report defects, equipment malfunctions, or material issues promptly Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of cable or wire harness assembly experience (required) Proven experience as an assembler in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and schematics Proficiency using hand tools and basic assembly equipment (e.g., clamps, presses) Understanding of quality control and inspection processes Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Good verbal and written communication skills High school diploma or equivalent (technical school training preferred) Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Referral program 401(k)Job Types:
