What You'll Do Assemble medical device products and instruments using hand and power tools. Follow visual work instructions and computer-guided assembly systems. Inspect components and finished assemblies to ensure top-quality standards. Work with a collaborative team to improve processes and support production goals. Cross-train in multiple areas and expand your manufacturing skills. What We're Looking For Assembly, manufacturing, mechanical, or hands-on technical experience preferred. Comfortable using hand tools and following detailed instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new technologies. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Morgan Hill, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
