Job Description

Production Assembler We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our Team, where you'll play a key role in creating high-quality body jewelry products shipped to customers around the world. Oakdale Pay :

$17.50/hr

•18hr (with increase upon full-time hire)

Shifts:

Monday

•Friday 5am to 1:30pm Monday

•Thursday 1pm to 9pm and Friday 9am to 5:30pm Must be open to OT and Weekends Must be Open to Both shifts and will be placed as needed ( once a shift is assigned you will stay on that shift)

What You'll Do:

Perform deburring and polishing to remove extraneous metal, ensuring each part meets our aesthetic and quality standards Conduct quality inspections, document results, and report defects to the Production Supervisor Complete accurate inventory counts and maintain precise data entry in our ERP system Follow strict packaging and labeling procedures to ensure accurate, ready-to-ship product Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and resolve issues Cross-train across departments and stay flexible to support production needs as they arise

What We're Looking For:

Ability to safely operate tools and equipment such as Wire cutters, Metal shears/snips, Files (needle files for smoothing edges), Comfortable using scales to count and weigh materials accurately Strong attention to detail and dexterity for handling small, intricate parts Ability to follow written work instructions and job traveler documentation Clear communication skills — able to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions Good judgment and ethical decision-making, including knowing when to ask for help

Pay:

$17.50

•$18.00 per hour

In person
