Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a mechanically inclined
ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN
to build custom test equipment for the printed circuit board industry. This is not an assembly line position—each project is custom built from start to finish. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and has the attention to detail to ensure every machine is assembled accurately and functions as designed. We provide training on our products and processes for the right candidate. Qualifications - Precision Mechanical Assembler Required Strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for building things Experience using hand tools and basic shop equipment Ability to use calipers and other precision measuring tools Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Knowledge of hardware, fasteners, and mechanical components Ability to read and follow assembly drawings and work instructions Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn Preferred Experience with mechanical assembly or custom equipment Experience working with precision parts and tight tolerances Basic wiring experience (not required—we will train) Leadership potential and a desire to grow within the company Responsibilities - Precision Mechanical Assembler Assemble custom mechanical test equipment from individual components to final completion Use hand tools and precision measuring devices to ensure accurate assembly Verify all parts, hardware, and components are installed correctly Inspect completed assemblies for quality, fit, and function Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work independently while collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality equipment Benefits & Perks Competitive hourly pay based on experience Medical insurance after 60 days Dental insurance Paid vacation and PTO Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend work Paid training and long-term career growth opportunities Work on custom-built equipment instead of repetitive production assembly We design and manufacture high-quality custom test equipment for the printed circuit board industry. Pay:
$18.00 - $30.00 per hour
