Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assembler - II to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex electronic and electro-mechanical components, ensuring adherence to precise specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electronics assembly, electrical wiring, and mechanical assembly, with the ability to interpret detailed schematics and blueprints. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative manufacturing processes while developing technical expertise in PCB assembly, surface mount technology, and electrical panel building.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble electronic components and electro-mechanical assemblies following detailed blueprints and schematics Utilize hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and surface mount technology techniques to complete assemblies Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings accurately Build electrical panels by following wiring diagrams and schematics, ensuring proper electrical connections Perform soldering tasks in accordance with IPC 610 standards for quality and safety Conduct electrical testing using ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools to verify proper assembly Assist in troubleshooting assembly issues through engineering support and problem-solving techniques Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety protocols Follow blueprint specifications meticulously to ensure product quality and compliance Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process Qualifications Proven experience in electronics assembly, electrical wiring, or mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings Strong knowledge of PCB assembly processes, surface mount technology (SMT), and electrical panel building Skilled in soldering techniques adhering to IPC 610 standards Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electro-mechanical components is preferred Ability to use hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment effectively Experience with engineering troubleshooting methods for complex assemblies Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and quality assurance protocols Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision and accuracy Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members If you are committed to precision craftsmanship in electronics manufacturing and eager to grow your technical skills within a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply today.
