6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday, Overtime as needed We are searching for candidates with prior assembly or fabrication experience and a steady work history for our 1st shift Assembler role located in Riverside, MO. Assembler Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Perform mechanical assembly of piping components and systems (2
- 36") in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Conduct in-process inspections to verify dimensional accuracy, part orientation, and overall conformance to specifications; escalate discrepancies as needed
- Maintain accurate inspection and production records, ensuring final products meet or exceed internal and customer quality standards
- Inspect and verify tools for safe operation; ensure calibration is current and compliant
- Use Medix to accurately interpret job packets and spool documentation
- Complete all required daily checklists, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tasks, and 5S housekeeping duties to support a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Collaborate effectively with Line Leads, Supervisors, Engineering, and Operations to resolve technical issues related to part drawings, BOMs, and assembly models
Assembler Requirements:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or mechanical assembly environment is preferred
- Familiarity with Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and SOPs is beneficial
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Windows and general computer systems is preferred
- Strong understanding of basic math, including fractions and decimals; ability to use tape measures and precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, vernier scales)
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints is a plus
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment
