Job Summary:

We are excited to open our doors to an Entry-Level Orthotic Technician who exhibits a passion for learning and a commitment to high quality fabrication. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. The successful candidate will learn to fabricate and adjust orthotic devices, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the fabrication and repair of custom orthotic devices under close supervision.
• Learn and adapt to techniques for modifying and adjusting devices to ensure optimal fit and comfort.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Engage in continuous learning and skill development.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with shop tools and hand tools a plus
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and dedicated to improving patients' lives.
